TERMS: Net 30 days from date of invoice, subject to approval of Seller's credit department. PAYMENTS: 1. If any errors on invoices occur, notify us at once. 2. Pay oldest invoice first. 3. Pay by invoice number. 4 Attach list of invoices being paid. 5. No unauthorized deductions may be taken. RETURNS: 1. All claims for shortages or items shipped in error MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS after receipt of parts. 2. Standard parts may be returned for credit in their original sealed containers, freight prepaid, SUBJECT TO PRIOR INSPECTION, ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTION BY SELLER, with handling charge. 3. Non-standard parts made to customer specifications may not be returned for credit. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION: Delivery is F.O.B. Cleveland, Ohio with freight allowed on orders of $950.00 or more, based on the List Price, when shipped at one time to one destination within the continental U.S. (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). Method and routing of shipment is at the discretion of Seller. Premium transportation will require an additional charge. Non-Standard or special packaging subject to an additional charge. Every effort will be made to ship all orders promptly, but Seller cannot be responsible for delays caused by strikes, fires, accidents, floods, or other conditions beyond its control.
